Traveled 45 min and wasn't sure when they closed. I called and told them I was almost there and would be there after they were closed at 4. They were very nice and told me they would wait for me. I don't make a habit of being late and hated they were waiting on me but based on that customer service they've earned another customer for a long time. I really like quality and packaging. We tried Butcher Block for the first time this spring with a 350 lb hog. We only ordered sausage, bacon, and ham but all have been excellent. Flavor was great and we didn't feel that we were shorted any meat. Great prices and quick service- highly recommend!

Had three steers butchered about a month ago. They did a great job dispatching the animals. Left no sign that an animal had gone to freezer camp in our pasture. Picked up the meat a few weeks later. It is amazing. The cut and wrap job was very professional and well marked. We will be using them again and again. The three steers were split between 6 families with each having their own requests. All requests were fulfilled and carried out as requested! I would highly recommend their services!!!

Butcher Block did a great job on our extra 4h steer. Got us in with very little wait time, even though they were super busy with all the county fairs! I'm in Rupert but it was worth the drive since the local shops have gotten so unreliable! I was very happy with the packaging and clear labeling. Great work, we'll be eating beef all winter!

Had a half of Beef cut and wrapped. Crew was very professional and personable! Hamburger was flat and square, very easy to cook! Steaks were awesome! Packaging was tight and cuts clearly labeled! Definitely will be using and recommending them again!
